We will try our best to answer any questions you have about your flat pack furniture assembly service and any issues you way have with the service.

The areas we cover are Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Westmorland, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Flintshire and the surrounding areas.

Q: What are your opening times?

A: From 08:00 am – 20:00 pm 6 days a week so you can book your flat-pack assembly at a time that is convenient for you. If you would like a later time after just let me know.  

Q: How soon can we arrive?

A: We usually need 24 hours’ notice but if you need something done urgently just contact us and we will get back to you ASAP.  

Q: How do we pay you for the work?

A: We accept payment by cash, card & bank transfer.  

Q: Do you assemble all types of flat pack furniture?

A: We assemble all flat pack furniture from all retailers this also includes a variety of garden furniture, children outside play equipment, sheds, etc.  

Q: Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

 A: If you would like your current furniture to be disassembled and reassembled then we can do this for you £35.00 for the first hour and £25.00 after that.  

Q: Do we need to do anything before you arrive?

 A: Please make sure that all products are placed either in the room where the items will stand or on the same floor level of where the product will be assembled. If this is a problem, please inform us before we attend to assemble your items as this may add extra time to the assembly of your goods and may cost you more. Check the delivery Invoice to confirm that everything has been delivered and is in good condition. Any damage to packaging should check since items inside may be damaged.
